2. How We Use Data
Strictly for order fulfilment, customs documentation, batch chain-of-custody, and direct communication regarding your research enquiry. We never share data with marketing networks.
3. Retention
Order and chain-of-custody records are retained for seven years to support batch traceability. Client account data is retained while the account is active and deleted on request within 30 days.
4. Encryption
All session traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3). Sensitive records are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Crypto wallet private keys are never stored on Ourovia systems.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@ourovia.bio.
