Order and chain-of-custody records are retained for seven years to support batch traceability. Client account data is retained while the account is active and deleted on request within 30 days.
All session traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3). Sensitive records are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Crypto wallet private keys are never stored on Ourovia systems.
