All Ourovia specimens are shipped in temperature-validated insulated containers with phase-change refrigerant. Internal temperature is maintained between 2 °C and 8 °C for the duration of transit.
Orders received before 14:00 GMT are processed the same business day. Outside that window, processing occurs the next working day. Tracking is dispatched within 24 hours of fulfilment.
Domestic deliveries typically clear within 2–4 business days. International deliveries clear within 5–10 business days subject to customs.
It is the recipient laboratory's responsibility to comply with all applicable import regulations governing research peptides in their jurisdiction.
Lyophilized peptides remain stable for 24 months at −20 °C and tolerate up to 14 days at ambient temperature without measurable degradation. Reconstituted peptides should be refrigerated and used within the windows specified on each Certificate of Analysis.
If any package arrives compromised, photograph the parcel before opening and contact research@ourovia.bio within 48 hours of delivery. Verified incidents are replaced at no charge.
