Return Policy

Because research peptides cannot be re-validated after transit, returns are strictly limited to verified quality incidents.

1. Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for specimens that arrived damaged, mislabelled, or fail to match the analytical data on the issued Certificate of Analysis.

2. Notification Window

Quality incidents must be reported to research@ourovia.bio within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence and the batch number printed on the vial label.

3. Resolution

Verified incidents are resolved by replacement specimen or full refund — at the laboratory's discretion. Refunds are issued in the original payment method, including crypto settlements.

4. Non-Returnable

Specimens that have been reconstituted, opened, or stored outside the documented cold-chain protocol cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
