Prices are quoted in USD. Crypto settlements are confirmed once on-chain confirmations reach the threshold defined per protocol. Fiat invoices are processed via institutional channels.

Ourovia Bioscience Ltd. accepts liability strictly limited to the replacement value of the specimens supplied. We accept no liability for misuse, off-label application, or downstream research outcomes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ourovia Bioscience Ltd. is incorporated. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration.
